采用分子蒸馏技术对柠檬精油进行浓缩精制,分别考察了蒸馏温度、刮膜转速和蒸馏压力对浓缩精油中柠檬醛浓度的影响。在单因素试验基础上,通过L9(34)正交设计试验确定了柠檬精油分子蒸馏的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,柠檬精油分子蒸馏的最佳工艺参数为:进料速度1 mL/min,分子蒸馏温度45℃,刮膜转速240 r/min,蒸馏压力40 Pa。浓缩精油经过气相色谱仪(GC)测定,柠檬醛浓度由1.41 mg/mL上升至11.17 mg/mL,浓缩倍数达7.9。经过分子蒸馏后的浓缩精油呈深棕色,质地浓稠,气味浓郁、醇厚。  相似文献

环境因子对中肋骨条藻生长及叶绿素荧光特性的影响   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
为了解温度、光照和磷酸盐及其交互作用对中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)生长及叶绿素荧光特性的影响,每个环境因子设置3个水平[温度:17、23、29℃;光照:80、120、160μmol photons/(m~2·s);磷酸盐:0.1、1、10μmol/L],考虑环境因子间的两两交互作用,采用L18(3~7)正交实验表安排室内培养实验,研究中肋骨条藻叶绿素a浓度和光合活性的变化。结果表明,3因素3水平的实验中,中肋骨条藻在10μmol/L磷酸盐浓度下叶绿素a峰值能达到较高水平,其中最优环境因子水平组合为23℃、120μmol photons/(m~2·s)、10μmol/L。在培养期间,磷酸盐浓度对中肋骨条藻叶绿素a峰值造成极其显著的影响(P0.01),温度、光照及两两间的交互作用未对叶绿素a峰值造成显著影响(P0.05)。中肋骨条藻在10μmol/L磷酸盐浓度下光合活性更高,但光能利用效率α并未随磷酸盐浓度表现出明显差异。当中肋骨条藻处于10μmol/L和1μmol/L磷酸盐浓度时,光照对最大量子产量F_v/F_m造成显著影响(P0.05);10μmol/L磷酸盐浓度下,F_v/F_m在80和120μmol photons/(m~2·s)光强下较高;在1μmol/L磷酸盐浓度下,F_v/F_m在120μmol photons/(m~2·s)光强下最低。  相似文献

Background: Nitrogen losses is an economic problem for wheat production and a high risk to the environment. Therefore, improved N fertilizer management is a key to increasing the N efficiency and minimizing N losses. To increase N efficiency, enhanced fertilizers such as urea combined with urease inhibitor can be used. Aims: The aim of present study was to evaluate the effects of different N forms on grain storage protein subunits in winter wheat and to examine whether the observed changes correlate with parameters of baking quality. Methods: The investigation was performed over two consecutive years at two locations in Germany. Protein subunits were analyzed by SDS‐PAGE. Results: Protein concentrations were similarly increased after fertilization with ammonium nitrate and urea + urease inhibitor. Analysis of the individual storage protein fractions indicated that both fertilizers specifically enhanced ω‐gliadins and HMW glutenins, but the effect was more pronounced in the ammonium nitrate treatment. Application of urea + urease inhibitor had greater influence on the protein composition and resulted in higher specific baking volume as well as the best fresh keeping ability, in comparison with urea treatment. Conclusion: Considering that the urea + urease inhibitor treatment resulted in almost comparable improvements of NUE and baking quality, with the additional benefit of reduced N losses in combination with easy handling, urea + urease inhibitor can be recommended as a viable alternative to both urea alone and ammonium nitrate treatments. This opens up an opportunity for the reduction of N loss in wheat production when use of urea is preferred.  相似文献

Specific ion effects (Hofmeister effects) have recently attracted the attention of soil scientists, and it has been found that ionic non-classic polarization plays an important role in the specific ion effect in soil. However, this explanation cannot be applied to H+. The aim of this work was to characterize the specific ion effect of H+ on variably charged soil (yellow soil) colloid aggregation. The total average aggregation (TAA) rate, critical coagulation concentration (CCC), activation energy, and zeta potential were used to characterize and compare the specific ion effects of H+, K+, and Na+. Results showed that strong specific ion effects of H+, K+, and Na+ existed in variably charged soil colloid aggregation. The TAA rate, CCC, and activation energy were sensitive to H+, and the addition of a small amount of H+ changed the TAA rate, CCC, and activation energy markedly. The zeta potential results indicated that the specific ion effects of H+, K+, and Na+ on soil colloid aggregation were caused by the specific ion effects of H+, K+, and Na+ on the soil electric field strength. In addition, the origin of the specific ion effect for H+ was its chemical adsorption onto surfaces, while those for alkali cations were non-classic polarization. This study indicated that H+, which occurs naturally in variably charged soils, will dominate variably charged soil colloid aggregation.  相似文献

Epizootic lymphangitis is prevalent in equines in Ethiopia, causing remarkable economic and welfare impacts but often neglected. Lack of effective treatment contributed to its continued occurrence, and hence, search for an effective treatment should be considered a priority area to minimize its impacts. Previous ethnobotanical studies have reported that Curcuma longa, Phytolacca dodecandra, and Datura stramonium were used to treat cutaneous fungal infections and reduce their incidence. The treatment effects of these plants against epizootic lymphangitis should be studied. The in vitro growth inhibitory effects of methanol extracts of the root of C. longa, berry of P. dodecandra, and leaf of D. stramonium were evaluated. Histoplasma capsulatum var farciminosum was isolated from clinical cases of epizootic lymphangitis in carthorses in central Ethiopia. The nested polymerase chain reaction was used to confirm the identity of the isolates. Serial twofold dilutions of the extract of berries of P. dodecandra and leaves of D. stramonium were done in sterile water, whereas dilution of the extract of roots of C. longa was done in dimethylsulphoxide. The effects of the plants on the growth of Histoplasma capsulatum var farciminosum were assessed by agar dilution assay. Culture media with no antifungal agent and media containing ketoconazole served as negative and positive control, respectively. The methanol extract of C. longa showed inhibitory effects at concentrations ranging from 0.07 to 5 mg/mL. Similarly, the methanol extract of P. dodecandra showed growth inhibitory effects at concentrations ranging from 0.156 to 5 mg/mL. That is, the growth inhibitory concentration of C. longa was 0.07 mg/mL, whereas that of P. dodecandra was 0.156 mg/mL. In contrast, D. stramonium showed no inhibitory effect. This preliminary observation showed that methanol extracts of C. longa and P. dodecandra showed inhibitory effects on the growth of Histoplasma capsulatum var farciminosum requiring further repeated in vitro evaluation so as to generate adequate evidence, which would justify in vivo trials.  相似文献

目的 开发一种适应于以固态水溶肥为原料的自动施肥系统,测试分析自动施肥系统性能。方法 主控机采用ARM9电路控制模块可实现对轮灌编组、预搅拌时长、施肥开始与结束时间、施肥持续时长、施肥量等参数的设置;选择以蠕动泵为注肥装置,通过变频器控制注肥泵电机功率的方式控制注肥速率,控制施肥量。对装置核心部件搅拌器额定功率、计量方式、溶肥搅拌参数、排肥速度及固液相比例等主要参数等进行设计与测试。结果 电感脉冲计量方式标准误差最大值1.26%,误差小、性价比好,确定其为本装置采用的计量方式;搅拌器以1.5 Kw额定功率、38 r/min转速搅拌、肥液浓度在1.1~1.3 g/mL、预搅拌时间30 min时,罐内各液位输出肥液浓度值差异不显著(P< 0.05),达到对肥料浓度均匀性的设计要求。结论 将施肥开始前的预搅拌时间设为30 min、搅拌转速设为38 r/min、肥液浓度不高于1.3 g/mL,输出肥液浓度有较好的均匀性,实现精准施肥。  相似文献

为提高红壤区涌泉根灌水氮利用效率,通过室内肥液入渗试验,研究了不同肥液浓度(0,10,20,35,60 g/L)条件下涌泉根灌土壤的入渗能力、湿润锋运移距离、土壤水分分布以及铵态氮和硝态氮的运移特性,并建立了红壤涌泉根灌土壤累计入渗量及湿润锋在竖直向上、竖直向下和水平方向的运移距离与肥液浓度的关系模型。结果表明:土壤累计入渗量、湿润锋运移距离以及湿润体内水分和氮素的分布均受到肥液浓度的影响。在同一入渗时刻,土壤累计入渗量及湿润锋运移距离随肥液浓度的增大而增大,且与入渗历时均呈幂函数关系;在灌水结束时,相同土层深度内,肥液浓度越大,土壤含水率就越大,土壤中铵态氮和硝态氮的浓度也越大,且与铵态氮相比,硝态氮的分布范围更广。随着肥液再分布的进行,土层内最大含水率位置逐渐下移,且土壤含水率的分布也更加均匀;土壤中铵态氮和硝态氮浓度的变化趋势不同,浅层中铵态氮的浓度逐渐降低,而硝态氮的浓度先降低后增加;深层中铵态氮的浓度先增加后降低,而硝态氮的浓度逐渐增加。该研究成果可为进一步研究红壤区涌泉根灌肥液入渗氮素运移及转化提供理论参考。  相似文献

基于农作制分区的1985—2015年中国小麦生产时空变化   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
Comparing spatio-temporal variation characteristics of China’s wheat production, yield, sown area and yield-area-contribution in different farming zones in the past 30 years could help improving wheat planting layout and adjusting planting structure. Concentration index, rate of change, moving of gravity and resolution of yield-area-contribution were used to analyze spatio-temporal changes of China’s wheat production and yield-area-contribution based on county wheat production statistics including sown area, production and yield from 1985 to 2015. The wheat sown area decreased obviously in Northeast farming region, Northwest farming region and South farming region and increased rapidly in Huang-Huai-Hai farming region and Yangtze Plain farming region. In Huang-Huai-Hai farming region, the concentration indexes of Haihe Plain farming region, Huang-huai Plain farming region and Fenwei Basin farming region reached to 20.64%, 25.77%, and 21.65% respectively in 2015. Wheat production increased significantly by more than 48 milliontons in Huang-Huai-Hai farming region, and nearly 8 million tons Yangtze Plain farming region but decreased by more than 2.6 million tons in Northeast farming region. In Huang-Huai-Hai farming region, wheat production was concentrated in Haihe Plain farming region, Huang-huai Plain farming region and Yuxi Hill farming region. The average wheat yield continuously improved during the study period, Huang-Huai-Hai farming region and Northwest farming region had the yield increase up to 103.5 kg hm -2 and 92.9 kg hm -2 each year. Wheat yield in Yuxi Hill farming region, Fenwei Basin farming region and Haihe Plain farming region was relatively high in Huang-Huai-Hai farming region. The yield-reduced area was mainly caused by the decreasing of sown area, while the yield-area-contribution rate was different in yield-increased area. Yield-dominant counties were reduced, area-dominant counties were increased and yield-area-dominant counties were relatively steady. In production increased area, yield-dominant and yield-area-dominant counties were the main types in Huang-Huai-Hai Farming region, area-dominant and yield-area-dominant counties were the main types in Yangtze Plain farming region. Chinese wheat production was increasingly concentrated in Huang-Huai-Hai farming region which has high and rapid increase of wheat yield over the past three decades. Haihe Plain farming region, Huang-huai Plain farming region and Fenwei Basin farming region were the most concentrated areas in Huang-Huai-Hai farming region for wheat production during this period. Wheat yield and sown area jointly promoted the increase of wheat production in Huang-Huai-Hai farming region, wheat sown area was the crucial factor to increase wheat production in Yangtze Plain farming region, especially in the north of Jiangsu, Anhui province and greater part of Xinjiang.  相似文献

重金属是水环境中的典型无机污染物,随着水体中抗生素检出率的增加,重金属和抗生素的复合污染及其效应已成为环境领域的研究热点。通过研究重金属和抗生素对发光菌的发光抑制作用,可以了解重金属和抗生素的毒性效应,为评估重金属和抗生素复合污染在水环境中的潜在风险提供理论依据。本文利用便携式急性毒性检测仪,系统研究了重金属Pb和6种抗生素(四环素、氧四环素、氯四环素、磺胺二甲基嘧啶、磺胺甲基嘧啶和磺胺嘧啶)对费氏弧菌的单一和联合急性毒性,得到了单一污染物的半数效应浓度,并对重金属Pb和抗生素所组成的二元、三元复合污染体系的联合作用进行初步探讨。研究表明,当Pb与抗生素共存时,对发光菌的急性毒性急剧上升。因此,在评价Pb与抗生素二元或多元复合污染体系的生态风险时,应考虑其联合毒性作用。  相似文献
